Osbourn Park is 8-2 against Osbourn since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Yellowjackets will head out on the road to face off against the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Osbourn Park is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.1 runs per game this season.

Osbourn Park will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one run on Tuesday, then bounced right back against Unity Reed on Friday. The Yellowjackets put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 13-2 win. The Yellowjackets haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Chase Allen made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with one home run and four RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March of 2024.

In other batting news, Osbourn Park got a big performance out of Daniel Breazeal, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double. Evan Charest was another key player, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Osbourn Park always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .600. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Osbourn's offense. They lost 27-0 to Battlefield on Thursday. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Osbourn Park's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-7. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for Osbourn, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-17.

Osbourn Park took their win against Osbourn in their previous matchup back in April by a conclusive 12-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Yellowjackets since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
