Football Game Preview: Cross Roads Bobcats vs. Gateway Charter Academy Gators

The Cross Roads Bobcats will face off against the Gateway Charter Academy Gators at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Cross Roads' offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Leon on Friday. They were dealt a 55-0 defeat at the hands of the Cougars. The Bobcats haven't had much luck with the Cougars recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Meanwhile, Gateway Charter Academy fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against A Plus Academy on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 14-8 to the Knights. That's two games in a row now that the Gators have lost by exactly six points.

Cross Roads' loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Gateway Charter Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
