Edgewood hasn't lost a match yet, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They never let the Pomona Red Devils onto the board and left with a 1-0 win. That's two games straight that the Lions have won by just one goal.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Cesar Betancio, who's now up to three this season.

Edgewood's victory bumped their record up to 8-0-1. As for Pomona, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten matchups, which is still a better percentage than their 2-11-1 record this season.

Edgewood will be playing in front of their home fans against La Puente at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Edgewood's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Pomona, they will head out on the road to challenge Ganesha at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
