Football Recap: Indian Hills Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Indian Hills had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 28-6 to the West Milford Highlanders on Friday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Adison Arciniega had an outrageously good game for West Milford as she rushed for 59 yards and two scores on only seven carries, and also threw for 174 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Indian Hills will take on rival Wayne Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, West Milford is set to challenge their familiar foe Wayne Hills at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
