Volleyball Recap: Lake Buena Vista Has No Trouble Against South Lake

Lake Buena Vista lost to South Lake back in August of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Vipers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Eagles. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vipers.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Lake Buena Vista was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-12, 25-14.

Estelle Aubert paced Lake Buena Vista's offense, picking up 13 kills. Aubert got some help from Addison Meyer and her 25 assists. Meyer was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Lake Buena Vista's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for South Lake, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Lake Buena Vista didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Freedom on the 21st. As for South Lake, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Edgewater on the 21st.
