Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wake Forest). They were the clear victors by a 13-0 margin over the Knightdale Knights on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for Wake Forest, who have now won six contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Wake Forest's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-1-1. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matches. As for Knightdale, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wake Forest will face off against Wakefield at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Wake Forest will need to watch out since Wakefield has now posted at least four goals in their last four games. As for Knightdale, they will square off against Heritage at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
