Garden Valley put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed past the North Gem Cowboys to the tune of 42-8. The contest marked the Wolverines' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Teigan Goff threw for 54 yards and one touchdown. Kegan Welsh was his top target, picking up 52 receiving yards and one TD. On the ground, Cody Perrin rushed for 93 yards and one score on only five carries.

Garden Valley's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for North Gem, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Coming up, Garden Valley will head out on the road to face off against Tri-Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Wolverines' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for North Gem, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Mackay at 4:00 p.m. on October 3.
