Northwestern Lehigh had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Wilson Area Warriors. This was payback for the Tigers, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Aidan Freeman spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on nine hits and racked up nine Ks.

On the hitting side, Eli Zimmerman was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 1-for-2. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 1.1 stolen bases per game.

Northwestern Lehigh's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Wilson Area, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-5 record.
