Basketball Recap: Tri-Valley Comes Up Short

On Saturday, the Tri-Valley Vikings came up short against the Auburn Trojans and fell 58-51.

Tri-Valley's loss dropped their record down to 22-6. As for Auburn, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 18 games, which provided a nice bump to their 27-2 record this season.

Looking ahead, Tri-Valley will host Fisher at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Auburn, they will square off against PORTA/Ashland-Chandlerville Central at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Auburn knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully PORTA/Ashland-Chandlerville Central likes a good challenge.
