Texas Christian has gone 4-0 against Banff recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Texas Christian Tigers will be playing at home against the Banff Bears at 6:00 p.m. Texas Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Texas Christian will head into Friday's match on the come-up: they were handed a heart-breaking two-point defeat in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against The Connection School of Houston on Friday. Texas Christian blew past The Connection School of Houston, posting a 76-38 victory. The game marked the Tigers' most dominant win of the season so far.

Meanwhile, Banff was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 51-41 to Family Christian. The matchup was a 17-17 toss-up at halftime, but the Bears couldn't quite close it out.

Despite the defeat, Banff saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Jayden Oriedetu dropped a double-double on 14 points and 15 boards. Oriedetu also set a new season-high mark in steals with five. Issac Sumpter was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on nine points and 13 rebounds.

Texas Christian's victory bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Banff, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.

Everything went Texas Christian's way against Banff in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, as Texas Christian made off with a 69-47 win. Does Texas Christian have another victory up their sleeve, or will Banff turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
