Volleyball Recap: Obion County Comes Up Short

Obion County lost against Dyer County back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rebels lost 3-0 to the Choctaws. The Rebels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-5, 25-7.

Obion County now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Dyer County, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Obion County will square off against rival South Gibson at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Dyer County is set to take on their familiar foe Dyersburg at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
