Football Recap: Bermudian Springs Comes Up Short Despite Cameron Hackman's Big Defensive Game

Bermudian Springs might've scored the first points on Friday, but it was York Suburban who claimed the real prize. The Eagles lost to the Trojans on the road by a 21-7 margin. While the Eagles didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Trojans 7-0 in the first quarter.

When it comes to explaining why Bermudian Springs lost, don't look at Brayden Heller. Despite the final result, he picked up 109 receiving yards and one TD. Heller was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 55 yards.

Even if they lost, Bermudian Springs' defense still kept up the pressure with three sacks. Leading the way was Cameron Hackman with two.

Bermudian Springs' record now sits at 0-2. As for York Suburban, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
