While St. Joseph Academy's win against St. Johns Country Day wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. St. Joseph Academy came out on top in a nail-biter against St. Johns Country Day on Wednesday, sneaking past 8-7. That's more bragging rights for the Flashes, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

St. Joseph Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for St. Johns Country Day, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Joseph Academy will head out to challenge Old Plank Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Johns Country Day, they will venture away from home to take on Trinity Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
