Soccer Recap: Padua Franciscan Falls Short of Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy in the Playoffs

Padua Franciscan and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Padua Franciscan had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Royals by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Padua Franciscan couldn't push the score so high this time.

Their goal came courtesy of Caleb Zolkowski, who's now up to ten this season.

Padua Franciscan's defeat dropped their record down to 13-3-4. As for Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 15-2-2.
