Basketball Recap: Jefferson Comes Up Short

After flying high against Perry last Saturday, Jefferson came back down to earth. The Jefferson Wildcats were outmatched by the Bluffton Pirates and fell 84-50. The loss continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now lost seven in a row.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jefferson will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Wapakoneta at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bluffton will take on Riverdale in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on December 20th.
