Football Recap: Wasilla Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Wasilla faced Soldotna in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Warriors were dealt a 58-7 defeat at the hands of the Stars. The loss leaves the Warriors still looking for their first win of the season.

McKade Moore had a dynamite game For Soldotna., rushing for 83 yards and three TDs on only five carries, while also picking up 45 receiving yards and one score. Another player making a difference was Bryan Berg, who rushed for 71 yards and one touchdown on only five carries.

Wasilla's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Soldotna, their win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0.
