Softball Recap: Northridge Vikings vs. Northmor Golden Knights
Northridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 10-0 to the Northmor Golden Knights.
For Northmor's part, the team relied heavily on Maddie Simpson, who went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI. Raelyn Fulk was another key contributor, scoring a run while going 3-for-4.
Northridge's defeat dropped their record down to 4-19. As for Northmor, they pushed their record up to 13-10 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home.
Northridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Northmor, they will head out on the road to challenge Grove City Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Northmor is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.9 runs per game this season.
