Soccer Recap: Fairfield Takes a Loss

Fairfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Armijo Royals, falling 3-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Falcons haven't been shut out since back in December of 2024.

Fairfield's loss dropped their record down to 1-13-1. As for Armijo, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-4-2.

Fairfield wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 7-0 defeat against Valley on the 28th. Armijo has also already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Johnson on the 28th.
