Basketball Recap: Raleigh Charter Comes Up Short

Raleigh Charter lost against East Wake Academy back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Raleigh Charter Phoenix fell 59-50 to the East Wake Academy Eagles.

Raleigh Charter's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for East Wake Academy, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Raleigh Charter will welcome NCSSM: Durham at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for East Wake Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Falls Lake at 7:30 p.m. East Wake Academy is on a three-game streak of home losses, Falls Lake a four-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change.
