Baseball Recap: Nevada Comes Up Short

Nevada lost against West Marshall on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Cubs fell just short of the Trojans by a score of 10-9. The Cubs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Nevada's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for West Marshall, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-6.

Nevada didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 17-9 win against Dike-New Hartford on the 10th. As for West Marshall, they will challenge Prairie City-Monroe at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
