Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Santa Fe Catholic). They claimed a resounding 55-0 victory over the Babcock Trailblazers. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Hawks considering their seven-point performance the matchup before.

It was another big night for Reagan Korlacki, who rushed for 194 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries. Another player making a difference was Gabriel Rivera, who threw for 124 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 75% of his passes.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Santa Fe Catholic was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 242 rushing yards. They are a perfect 3-0 when they've run for more than 200 yards.

Santa Fe Catholic didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Malaki Gibson, KJ White, and Joonah Capre picked up one apiece. White got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Santa Fe Catholic's record is now 4-2. As for Babcock, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Looking ahead, Santa Fe Catholic will take on Tenoroc at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. That contest will pit two of the most dominant backs against one another: Korlacki and Jaidon Furman. As for Babcock, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Gateway Charter at 7:00 p.m. on October 10.
