Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Person). They managed a 65-61 victory over the Williams Bulldogs on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Rockets: when they faced off against the Bulldogs back in January, they had to take a 62-34 loss.

When it comes to explaining why Williams lost, don't look at Jordyn Taylor. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double with 25 points and 14 rebounds. Those 14 boards gave Taylor a new career-high. Mi'Keina Springfield was another key player, putting up eight points.

Person's win bumped their record up to 10-13-1. As for Williams, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-9.

Person will have a chance to go back-to-back against Williams: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
