Crimson Cliffs extended their home winning streak to 11 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Tanoai Andresen. The Mustangs really took it to the Dixie Flyers for the full four quarters, racking up a 35-7 victory thanks in part to Andresen, who threw for 130 yards and three TDs, and also rushed for 38 yards and one score. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last three times he's played.

One reason for the win was Crimson Cliffs' imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. In that department, Major Stokes was the leader with 2.5. Crimson Cliffs received some extra help from Austen Benson, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.

Crimson Cliffs' record now sits at 7-1. As for Dixie, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Crimson Cliffs and Dixie will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Mustangs see the field they'll take on Pine View at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th. As for Dixie, their break will end when they face Snow Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th.
