Football Game Preview: Lincoln Railsplitters vs. Tottenville Pirates

Lincoln is 2-8 against Tottenville since September of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Railsplitters will square off against the Pirates. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Lincoln is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They took down Kennedy 51-36. The Railsplitters haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Tottenville was fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Port Richmond 43-6. The Pirates might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by 21 points or more this season.

Lincoln now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Tottenville, their win bumped their record up to 11-0.

Lincoln suffered a grim 43-20 defeat to Tottenville in their previous matchup back in October. Can the Railsplitters avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
