It was a Battle of the Birds when Perry faced off against Saydel on Thursday. The Bluejays took a 71-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. On the bright side, the 60- point performance marked the Bluejays' highest-scoring matchup to date.

Despite the defeat, Perry had strong showings from Gustavo Drahos, who almost dropped a double-double with 26 points and nine rebounds, and George Krohn, who went 6-for-11 en route to 16 points and five assists. Drahos is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Nile McClintock was another key player, putting up six points.

Perry is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5. As for Saydel, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
