Basketball Game Preview: Dunkerton Raiders vs. Waterloo Christian Regents

Dunkerton has gone 8-2 against Waterloo Christian recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Dunkerton Raiders will square off against the Waterloo Christian Regents at 7:45 p.m. One thing working in Dunkerton's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last eight games.

Dunkerton is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Don Bosco just ended the team's ten-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 71-61 to the Dons.

Meanwhile, Waterloo Christian entered their tilt with Clarksville on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Indians 68-46.

Waterloo Christian's win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Dunkerton, their defeat ended a nine-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 16-4.

Everything came up roses for Dunkerton against Waterloo Christian when the teams last played back in January, as the team secured an 82-44 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Dunkerton since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
