Hardin Valley Academy is headed into Thursday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their tenth straight game on Wednesday. They lost 10-0 to Heritage.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Farragut, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand West a 10-0 shutout on Tuesday. Considering the Admirals have won ten matches by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Farragut's win was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-3-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.8 runs over those games. As for Hardin Valley Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-15.
