Baseball Recap: Ore City Takes a Loss

Ore City lost against Overton last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Rebels came up short against the Mustangs, falling 10-2. The Rebels just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Ore City's loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Overton, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 18-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Ore City will face off against rival Waskom at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Overton is set to square off against their familiar foe Union Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
