Basketball Recap: St. Anthony Gets the Win

St. Anthony's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against Cristo Rey Jesuit by a score of 23-14. This was a revenge game for the Roman Legion: when they faced off against Cristo Rey Jesuit back in December of 2024, they had to take a 32-13 defeat.

St. Anthony's win bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Cristo Rey Jesuit, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-18.

St. Anthony will welcome Eastbrook Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Eastbrook Academy has insisted on making their lastfour contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 0-4 during that stretch of close contests. Cristo Rey Jesuit has already played their next game (against Math & Science Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
