John Carroll Catholic is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They blew past Tradition Prep 8-0 on Thursday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded John Carroll Catholic with their most commanding win of the season.

John Carroll Catholic's lineup was just a bit different on Thursday as Gianna Mandarino got a bit more time on the pitch (55 vs. her season average of 22.6). Mandarino made the most of the opportunity, scoring a goal A few more games like that and she might be seeing even more time going forward.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Okeechobee and Lake Placid, and Lake Placid kept the tradition alive. The Brahmans fell 3-1 to the Dragons on Monday.

Okeechobee has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8-1 record this season. As for John Carroll Catholic, their win bumped their record up to 4-5-1.
