Recap: Geneva Panthers vs. Graceville Tigers        
        
		
            
 It was a good run, but  the Geneva Panthers unfortunately witnessed the end of their  three-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell to Graceville  42-37. Geneva has struggled against Graceville recently, as their  contest on Thursday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
 Geneva lost  despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being   Rayanna Ausley, who  scored three points along with seven  rebounds and four  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kaden Ward, who  scored seven points along with four  steals.
 Geneva's defeat  ended a seven-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 13-6. As for Graceville, they pushed their record up to 15-1 with that  victory, which was their 15th straight  at home.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Geneva won't have much time to rest: their next  matchup is against Dale County at 5:30  p.m.  on January 19th. Dale County will have to bring their A-game into this one,  as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Alabama Rankings (they are ranked 338th, while Geneva is ranked 98th). As for Graceville, they will head out on the road to  take on  Holmes County at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday.
