Volleyball Game Preview: Navarre Raiders vs. Pace Patriots

The Navarre Raiders will face off against the Pace Patriots at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Pace took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Navarre, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, Navarre beat Milton 3-1. The win continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won four in a row.

While Navarre might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Milton scored at least 19 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-19, 23-25, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Pace came up short against Gulf Breeze on Tuesday and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-14, 22-25, 25-10.

Navarre will have to keep a close watch on Lydia Ulmer and Kiera Beckham, a pair of players who had a big impact on Pace's prior game. Ulmer had 13 digs and one assist, while Beckham had 17 assists and three digs.

Pace now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Navarre, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
