Haddon Heights had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.8 runs) and they went ahead and made it nine on Friday. Everything went their way against the Gateway Regional Gators as they made off with a 17-2 victory. Considering the Garnets have won six contests by more than eight runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Haddon Heights pushed their record up to 11-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Gateway Regional, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

Coming up, Haddon Heights will be playing at home against Burlington Township at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Falcons' pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so the Garnets' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
