Woods Cross entered their tilt with Manti on Friday with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Templars. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Templars, too.

Woods Cross can attribute much of their success to Zamari Christensen, who had five digs and five aces. That's the most aces Christensen has posted since back in October of 2024.

Christensen wasn't the only good servers: Woods Cross was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in seven consecutive matchups.

Woods Cross' win bumped their record up to 19-1. As for Manti, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-12.
