Baseball Game Preview: Robinson Rams vs. Potomac Senior Panthers

The Robinson Rams will venture away from home to square off against the Potomac Senior Panthers at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Robinson is looking for their season's first win.

Monday just wasn't the day for Robinson's offense. They came up short against Charles J. Colgan on Monday, falling 10-0.

Meanwhile, Potomac Senior came up short against Liberty on Tuesday and fell 8-4.

Potomac Senior saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kam Honore, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. Honore also put up a double, which was his first of the season. Another was Theo Thomas, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Robinson's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Potomac Senior, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.

Robinson couldn't quite finish off Potomac Senior in their previous matchup back in March of 2016 and fell 7-5. Can the Rams avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
