Mauston's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Sparta, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Mauston and Sparta will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Golden Eagles will face off against rival Wautoma at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Sparta is set to challenge their familiar foe La Crosse Logan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
