Recap: Farmington Phoenix vs. Skyridge Falcons

Even though the Skyridge Falcons scored an imposing 57 points on Friday, the Farmington Phoenix still came out on top. Farmington escaped with a win against Skyridge by the margin of a single free throw, 58-57. The score was all tied up 26-26 at the break, but Farmington was the better team in the second half.

Jayden Haskell continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 6 for 8 from beyond the arc en route to 29 points and 0 assists. The game was his fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Paul Beattie, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds.

When it comes to explaining why Skyridge lost, one person who can't be blamed is Dane Housley. Despite the final result, he scored 17 points along with seven assists. Jordan Kohler was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with nine rebounds.

Farmington's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Skyridge, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.
