Basketball Recap: Bradford Academy Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bradford Academy can now relate to. They lost 61-36 to the North Hills Christian Eagles on Tuesday. The Archers just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

Maverick Ball was his usual excellent self, putting up 17 points in addition to eight assists and five steals for North Hills Christian. Those eight assists gave Ball a new career-high. Gio Ortiz was another key player, scoring 11 points along with five assists and five steals.

Bradford Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for North Hills Christian, their record is now 8-15.

Bradford Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Hills Christian, they will take on Statesville Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. North Hills Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 58.8 points per game this season.
