Volleyball Game Preview: Auburn Mountainview Lions vs. White River Hornets + How To Watch

Auburn Mountainview is 0-3 against White River since September of 2024 but things could change on Tuesday. The Lions will head out to challenge the Hornets at 7:15 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Auburn Mountainview came up short against Auburn and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, White River faced North Thurston in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Hornets came up short against the Rams, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Hornets have suffered since November 23, 2024.

White River suffered their first road defeat, dropping their record down to 14-3. As for Auburn Mountainview, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8.

Auburn Mountainview might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from White River when the teams last played back in September. Can the Lions avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
