Frazier Mountain won the last time they faced Mojave and things went their way on Thursday too. The Frazier Mountain Falcons' defense stepped up to hand the Mojave Mustangs a 4-0 shutout. Give the Falcons' defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Frazier Mountain's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-7-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matchups. As for Mojave, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-15-1 record this season.

Coming up, Frazier Mountain will face off against Rosamond at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Rosamond will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each contest than the last. As for Mojave, it'll be an old-fashioned rodeo when the Mojave duke it out with the Bishop Union at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Bishop Union has four straight wins, Mojave has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.
