Basketball Recap: Griswold Comes Up Short

Griswold was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the CAM Cougars and fell 66-36. The Tigers lost against the Cougars in their previous head to head back in February of 2020, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 74-20 score last time.

Griswold's loss dropped their record down to 7-16. As for CAM, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-10 record this season.

Griswold does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for CAM, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cougars take on the Tigers on Tuesday.
