Basketball Recap: Alex Snaps Seven-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Alex lost against Amber-Pocasset last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Alex Longhorns took a 46-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Amber-Pocasset Panthers.

Alex's loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 11-4. As for Amber-Pocasset, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-1.

Alex wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 35-32 defeat against Minco on the 25th. As for Amber-Pocasset, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 41-27 win against Lindsay on the 25th.
