Basketball Recap: Everett Starts Season with Win at Home

Everett gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They came out on top against the Chelmsford Lions by a score of 89-79. That's more bragging rights for the Crimson Tide, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Everett and Chelmsford will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Crimson Tide are set to challenge their familiar foe Malden at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Chelmsford will face off against rival Methuen at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
