Soccer Recap: Eugene's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Eugene managed to keep up with Moberly until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Eugene lost 6-0 to Moberly. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Eugene of the 8-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Having lost for the first time this season, Eugene fell to 1-1-1. As for Moberly, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Eugene will be playing in front of their home fans against Laquey at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Moberly, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-0 victory against Stover on the 27th.
