After a string of three wins, Horse Creek Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Alleluia Community Angels by a score of 2-1. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Horse Creek Academy came into the match with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' soccer rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 144th in South Carolina, while Alleluia Community are ranked 312th in Georgia).

Horse Creek Academy's goal came courtesy of Zack Groseclose, who's now up to three this season.
