Christoval has gone 10-0 against Miles recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Christoval Cougars will host the Miles Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. Christoval will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.

Christoval is headed into the contest after thoroughly thrashing Sonora: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Christoval blew Sonora out of the water with a 59-22 final score. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, in Tuesday's Canine Competition, Miles had to take the L. They fell 43-34 to Colorado on Tuesday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Bulldogs came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 501st, while the Wolves are ranked 1010th).

Christoval is also on a roll lately: they've won 21 of their last 23 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 26-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.1 points per game. As for Miles, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-10.

Christoval won a matchup that couldn't have been any closer when the teams last played back in December of 2021, slipping by Miles 35-34. Does Christoval have another victory up their sleeve, or will Miles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
