Brownstown/St. Elmo has gone a perfect 3-0 against Pana recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Eagles will head out to challenge the Panthers at 4:30 p.m. Neither Brownstown/St. Elmo nor Pana posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Meanwhile, Pana came up short against Maroa-Forsyth on Monday, falling 11-1. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Trojans recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Pana saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Madyx Angel, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base. That stolen base marked the first that Angel snagged this season.

Pana's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Brownstown/St. Elmo, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 3-5.
