Soccer Game Preview: St. Mark's vs. St. Paul's

The St. Mark's Lions will square off against the St. Paul's Big Red at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. St. Mark's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for seven straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Having struggled with six losses in a row, St. Mark's turned things around against Governor's Academy on Saturday. Neither they nor the Governors could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time St. Mark's have been dealt a draw since back in September.

Meanwhile, St. Paul's kept a clean sheet against Cushing Academy on Saturday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Penguins 1-0.

St. Paul's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-7-2. With that draw, St. Mark's record moves to 3-7-2.
