Softball Recap: Forsyth Picks Up Fourth Straight Win on the Road

Forsyth picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They walked away with an 11-6 win over the Reeds Spring Wolves. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Forsyth pushed their record up to 7-8 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Reeds Spring, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.

Forsyth will face off against Strafford at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Indians will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Reeds Spring, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 9-4 defeat against Springfield Catholic on the 12th.
