Baseball Recap: Knoxville Central Comes Up Short

The Knoxville Central Bobcats came up short against the Lincoln Trojans on Thursday and fell 6-2.

Knoxville Central's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Lincoln, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Knoxville Central has already played their next match, a 13-0 win against Campbell County on the 24th. As for Lincoln, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 15-1 victory against St. Augustine on the 22nd.
